      About the RoleThe Company is seeking a Director for Sales Tools to join their Revenue Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the enterprise architecture and next-generation sales technology stack, with a focus on Salesforce optimization. This role involves spearheading the creation of a solid data model to support business scalability through reporting, integration, and automation. The Director will also collaborate with various departments to build a roadmap that enhances productivity and customer experience. Managing a team of business systems professionals, the role requires a hands-on approach to refining business requirements, configuring Salesforce processes, and ensuring data integrity.Applicants for the Director of Sales Tools position should have a minimum of 10 years of experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, and a strong background in sales operations. Technical expertise in managing Salesforce CPQ and relevant certifications are highly beneficial. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to build and maintain a high-performance culture within the team. The Director will be expected to stay current with Salesforce releases and the broader ecosystem to ensure the company maintains a best-in-class GTM tech stack.
