Job Description Because this role involves a combination of
collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form
of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and
remotely.In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we
provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure
solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities
to enhance mission survivability.In this role you will be part of
the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) product line and directly
responsible for supporting dynamic production programs. ACES is
developing the next generation of expendable countermeasures and
dispenser solutions leveraging our 40 year history in these
technologies. Building on foundational programs such as ALE-55 and
ALE-47 we are positioned well for continued growth.Job
Description:This Operations Specialist role is a great opportunity
for a candidate interested in Operations Program Management and
will provide exposure to Operations project management practices
and interaction with all levels of leadership. This role will be
providing support to Production Operations Program Managers (OPM)
and taking on various projects as assigned.Responsibilities include
but are not limited to:
- Provide support to Lead OPM by working with Manufacturing
management, Supplier quality management, Supply Chain management,
Procurement, and Logistics to drive problem resolution.
- Gain understanding of the three pillars of an OPM role, driving
to lower cost, maintain quality product, and keep programs on
schedule.
- Attend factory stand up meetings to gain understanding of
factory setting and communicate road blocks and issues to the
OPMs.
- Engagement with factories on metrics and continuous improvement
projects.
- Driving and maintaining actions item lists
- Provide Supply Chain containment support when issues arise with
inventory and configurations.
- Participate in special projects as appropriate.Please note that

- Proficient with MS Office Products
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written to
present to all levels of leadership.
- Highly motivated and solution oriented, continuous improvement
mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to execute multiple
projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Ability to hold others accountable to actions and action
closure.
- Must be able to obtain SAP/SAR clearance.Preferred Education,

- $105050Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
