stakeholder.What you'll be responsible for:Circle is growing its
research practice and looking for a - Senior Program Manager,
Research (RPM) to strengthen the impact of our research teams. In
this role, you will define, establish, and maintain operational and
team-wide programs as well as create, manage, and scale research
recruiting processes to support the growing team. This role
requires project, program and recruiting management experience and
broad knowledge of research's impact on product design and
development.What you'll work on:Defining and managing initiatives
that improve team efficiency and impact, establishing operational
systems and outcomesBuilding our user research cultureIdentifying
and partner with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and
guidelines to improve research team optimization and
documentationSupporting research planning by collaborating with
researchers and cross functional teamsProviding approaches that
meet team needs in recruiting target audienceWorking with other
cross functional teams to establish and maintain participant
database and pools for research -Establishing recruiting best
practices and frameworks that guide reaching out to the right
audienceActing as a thought leader in the domain of research ops
managementContributing to a growing UX org, helping install best
practices and processes as we scale, and filling out our product
squads' research toolbox with methodologies.You will aspire to our

participant management experience in an applied research setting,
or similarExecuting operational programs and leading them
end-to-end while scaling for growthBuilding relationships with
peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating with
cross-functional teams across multiple locationsOwning, building,
maintaining and executing participant recruitingCommunication
skills for interacting with and influencing researchers, cross
functional stakeholders, senior management, and external partners
with the experience adapting communication style to suit different
audiencesCollaborate extensively with researchers and
cross-functional stakeholders to drive business impactAbility to
handle complex information and adapt to a changing
environmentResearch mentorship and guidance for fellow researchers,
designers, and product management peersOwn metrics and reporting
for scheduling cycle times and candidate experienceExperience
working with finance, procurement and external vendorsExperience
working in vendor managementBachelors, masters or related
experienceAdditional Information:This position is eligible for
day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.Circle is on a

our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.Starting
pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to:
relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business
and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may
differ for candidates in other locations.Base Pay Range: $122,500 -
$162,500Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%Also Included: Equity & Benefits
(including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a
discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick
leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.We are an
