Sales Operations - Commercial PlasmaUSA Remote Eastern time
preferredThe Senior Manager, Sales Operations for Commercial Plasma
(CP) works closely with customers and internal stakeholders to
ensure appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the
CP organization; advocates for and acts as the voice of the
customer in support of plasma collection device and soft goods
product requirements; ensures effective communication between
customers and key functional areas within Haemonetics including
Customer Service, Product Support, and Quality and is responsible
for resolution and/or escalation of urgent issues; -works cross
functionally with internal stakeholders (i.e. finance, supply
chain, legal, contracts) to provide guidance on demand planning,
KPI reporting, device fleet management, and contract
administration/compliance; participates in efforts to standardize
policies and enhance processes, tools and systems to enable a
global function. -ResponsibilitiesOversee day to day operations for
customer requirements of plasma collection devices, soft goods
product requirements and associated concerns (logistics, quality,
contracts, etc---)Prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Review
meetings with customers. Ensures optimal use of business unit
resources to maximize Return on Invested Capital (ROIC)
specifically through asset (device) management.Proactively
identifies opportunities for business unit process
improvement,drives customer contract compliance and ensures
contracts are optimally leveraged to foster maximum financial
impact for Haemonetics.Manages relationships with key operational
contacts with our customer base and facilitates a larger HAE
strategy for each account.Acts as Commercial liaison for new Plasma
Center openings (device planning, install support, required
trainings). -Develop and implement benchmarking tools that drive
customer and HAE value that focus on important industry KPIs.Works
with technical marketing, quality and supply chain to ensure sound
internal and external communication on product related changes,
challenges, and inventory planning.Assists in financial planning by
way of providing accurate customer forecasts.Provides key
communications to customersActs as main point of contact regarding
order escalationsMINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree - Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or
related degree required.5+ years of experience in a customer facing
role mandatory; sales operations with customer facing focus,
account management or customer service/support within a
transactional supply chain environment; Medical Device experience
preferred, but not required.3+ years of experience in preparing and
delivering customer quarterly and annual business review
presentations.Experience developing process improvement procedures
to provide guidance on customer support, supply planning, device
fleet management, and contract administration. Experience managing
relationships with key operational contacts and implementing
benchmarking tools that drive customer value and focus on important
industry KPIs.Experience utilizing MRP planning tool (Oracle, SAP),
Agile and Microsoft Office products including excel and
PowerPointSkill and comfort with interacting with customers by
