This is a position in the corporate Finance department. What we look for:



2-3 years in finance, ideally in the fitness industry or other multi-unit retail business



Ability to multi-task.



Efficient and effective communication skills, both online and in-person.



Organized and detail oriented.



Must have excellent Excel skills



Responsibilities to include:



Work with executive team to create monthly financial reports, budgets and forecasts.



Timely review vendor invoices and accounts payable and ensure that all are entered into online billing software.



Monitor and reconcile all corporate credit card statements.



Review monthly and quarterly P&L statements



Oversee and manage landlords, monthly rents, and audit NNN fees.



Oversee company payroll, monitor club budgets, and assist with data entry.
