Job Description Job Description The Deal Processing Team Member
supports the accurate and timely processing of vehicle deals by
completing required documentation, data entry, and verification
activities. This role ensures deals are properly recorded,
compliant, and ready for accounting and funding processes. The Deal
Processing Team Member partners closely with dealership sales
teams, F&I, and accounting to resolve issues and support
efficient transaction flow. Operating within Nucar's DRIVEit
service culture, this role emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and
disciplined execution to support dealership operations and
financial integrity. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Process vehicle deal
documentation accurately and timely in accordance with company
standards Verify deal paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and
required approvals Enter deal information into dealership and
accounting systems Support communication between sales, F&I,
and accounting teams to resolve deal discrepancies Ensure
compliance with company policies, OEM requirements, and internal
controls Track deal status and follow up on missing or incomplete
documentation Support month-end close by ensuring deals are posted
and processed correctly Maintain organized deal files and
supporting documentation Identify errors or inconsistencies and
escalate issues appropriately Support standardized deal processing
procedures across dealerships Execute responsibilities with
accuracy, accountability, and alignment with DRIVEit KEY OUTCOMES &
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS Vehicle deals are processed accurately and
within established timelines Deal documentation is complete,
organized, and compliant with requirements Errors, rework, and
post-processing corrections are minimized Deal discrepancies are
identified and resolved promptly Deal processing supports smooth
month-end close activities Internal controls and approval workflows
are consistently followed Deal files are audit-ready and properly
maintained Collaboration with sales, F&I, and accounting teams
supports timely resolution Standardized deal processing procedures
are applied consistently Alignment with DRIVEit is demonstrated
through accountability and execution QUALIFICATIONS High school
diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree
preferred 1-3 years of experience in deal processing, accounting
support, or administrative roles preferred Basic understanding of
dealership transactions and documentation Experience with
dealership management systems (DMS) preferred Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and
accuracy Ability to follow established procedures and meet
deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to
work collaboratively with dealership teams Demonstrated alignment
with service-oriented, reliable, and execution-focused work
behaviors WORK ENVIRONMENT & REQUIREMENTS Full-time, non-exempt
position On-site dealership or centralized office presence required
Regular interaction with dealership sales, F&I, and accounting
teams Periodic extended hours during month-end close or peak
