Job Description:
This position is responsible for the development, execution and
ongoing coordination of integrated digital marketing campaigns and
initiatives that support acquisition, retention and brand
strategies for the Senior Products division. This includes, but is
not limited to: email marketing, social media, paid digital
advertising, SEO/SEM, marketing automation and website content,
design and functionality. This position analyzes and reports on the
performance of specific tactics and campaigns overall and provides
informed recommendations/strategies for ongoing optimization and
future approaches. Job Description Effectively plans and executes a
wide range of digital marketing campaigns/tactics from beginning to
end; including email, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM,
content development and website management; Serves as initial point
of contact for digital media agencies responsible for executing
spend against these and related channels Manage marketing
automation and CRM projects within the marketing department to
build our prospect database; develop a strong understanding of the
Pardot and SalesForce, its capabilities, and collaborate with
marketing and sales leadership around integrating marketing
automation and CRM into go to market strategies. Provides
consistent oversight of all digital messaging and creative across
all relevant channels and communicates
changes/updates/edits/optimizations to internal and external
partners. Manage marketing automation efforts and processes,
proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices,
strategies, and industry standards. Functions as a key liaison
between digital marketing and 3rd party agencies and internal
partners. Collaborates with marketing leadership to assist in the
development of key annual marketing campaigns. - Requirements:
EDUCATION: (Minimum education required) Bachelor's degree in
marketing/communications or another related field EXPERIENCE:
(Years of experience) 3-7 years of experience working with Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and marketing automation
systems. 3-7 of managing integrated digital marketing campaigns
across multiple channels; PPC/Search, social, website 3-7 years of
experience working with and managing vendor and agency partners
preferred Prior experience targeting senior demographic preferred
SKILL REQUIREMENTS: (Include interpersonal skills) Proficient in
HTML and CSS Familiarity with marketing automation principles and
platforms (Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud) Strong understanding
of integrated marketing campaigns Working knowledge of of A/B and
multi-variate testing, email marketing, CAN-SPAM principles, and
sales/marketing technology and concepts Working/High-level
knowledge of paid digital media targeting (Google
Adwords/Bing/Facebook/display) Working knowledge of Google
Analytics Willingness to stretch across projects and teams
when/where needed to achieve the best results Ability to
understand, appreciate and apply brand guidelines and voice to all
copy/creative/projects Organized with a strong attention to detail;
ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments Exceptional
interpersonal skills High energy, positive attitude, collaborative,
self-starter Ability to generate new ideas - What we build together
