integrated solutions.The Strategic Solutions Marketing Director
will report to the Strategic Solutions Marketing Head and work
closely with brand, sales, and transversal partners. This includes
collaboration with US commercial colleagues, Franchise Marketing
teams, Sales teams across all channels, Medical, Public Affairs,
Market Access, and Finance, as well as Global and Alliance

Responsibilities:
- Support Strategic Initiatives: -Conduct segmentation of
customers in key channels and support connecting brand imperatives
with customer insights to identify short and long-term go-to-market
opportunities for key commercial and federal customers. -
- Develop Value Propositions: -Contribute to the development of
tailored value creation opportunities across
people/process/technology based solutions and prepare partnership
proposals that integrate solution offerings from cross-functional
capabilities.
- Collaborate with Integrated Account Team: -Work with the
Integrated Account Team (IAT) and customers to develop and
implement plans that improve patient care and align with goals and
KPIs.
- Monitor Performance: -Help build and execute a roadmap for
growth opportunities, creating outcomes-based feedback loops to
monitor performance and enable iterative learning and continuous
improvement.
- Create Compelling Content: -Develop content, including pitch
decks, that resonate with executive-level leaders at key customer
accounts.
- Support Brand Planning: -Provide insights into customer and
market trends to support brand planning processes and identify
play-to-win opportunities.
- Build Relationships: -Establish and maintain strong
relationships with internal teams and key external stakeholders,
including healthcare providers, patients, and advocacy groups.
- Showcase Best Practices: -Assist in creating a stakeholder
strategy to showcase best practice collaboration examples through
white papers, webinars, podcasts, and industry association
meetings.
- Manage Budgets: -Assist in developing budgets that maximize
revenue impact and profit contribution.About YouBasic
Qualifications:
- BS in business administration, marketing, or life sciences
required
- 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare
sector
- Demonstrated ability to apply marketing and digital solutions
to deliver brand and customer objectives
- Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred
Qualifications:
- MBA or master's degree
- Experience working with large Integrated Health Systems, Group
Purchase Organizations, Physician Buying Groups, Payor
organizations
- Previous consulting experience
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with
entrepreneurial qualities and abilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with peers,
