Project Manager with 10 years of experience and an active Licensed
Site Professional (LSP) credential to join our Plymouth, MA office.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives on
managing complex environmental projects, building strong client
relationships, and providing technical leadership to
multidisciplinary teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering
high?quality solutions while supporting the continued growth of our
regional practice. Responsibilities: Lead and manage environmental
assessment, investigation, remediation, and compliance projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear
communication and exceptional service Develop project scopes,
budgets, schedules, and proposals Oversee field activities, data
interpretation, and preparation of technical reports Ensure
compliance with state and federal environmental regulations Mentor
and guide junior and mid?level staff, providing technical oversight
and professional development support Contribute to business
development initiatives, including proposal writing and client
outreach Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
to ensure successful project execution Qualifications: 10 years of
experience in environmental consulting or a related field Active
Licensed Site Professional (LSP) credential (required) Strong
technical background in site assessment, remediation, and
regulatory compliance Proven track record managing complex,
multi?disciplinary environmental projects Excellent communication,
leadership, and client?management skills Ability to work
independently while contributing to a collaborative team
environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
