UnionDEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:The Cambridge Health Alliance HR
Department supports our wonderfully diverse employee population in

of our employees. The primary functions of HR Department at
Cambridge Health Alliance include, Benefits, Wellness, Talent
Acquisition, Temporary Staffing, Provider Recruitment,
Organizational Development, Labor and Employee Relations, and
Compensation Planning.Summary:
Assist in the development and maintenance of compensation programs
for the Cambridge Health Alliance using our Infor HRIS System.
Assist in the planning and implementation of compensation practices
and policies. Provide technical support to the Cambridge Health
Alliance on compensation practices, innovations, and legal
parameters. Lead and supervise a team of three Compensation
professionals
Responsibilities:
Supervise ongoing administration of the nonunion merit program
Supervise ongoing salary administration for labor contracts
Calculate contractual pay outs - cleaning/clothing allowances and
longevity bonus
Review all retro calculations prior to submitting to Payroll for
processing
Troubleshoot day-to-day compensation issues
Job evaluations as required.
Work with department users to evaluate information requirements and
develop Reports
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree or equivalent in
experience
Experience in wage and salary administration, union and healthcare
experience strongly preferred.
Advanced PC computer skills, including advanced spreadsheet
application skills
Previous leadership and Infor experience preferred.
Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all
levels of staff including management across the Cambridge Health
Alliance
Must be able to work in a hybrid model
