THE CANDIDATE

Develop the timetable from the design phase through procurement, construction, commissioning, validation, and occupancy, or assist in preparing it. By developing proposal and baseline schedules and updating and maintaining them throughout the project life cycle, you can support multiple projects at once. The size and complexity of a project will define the level of participation a Scheduler will have.

REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must.
The capacity to manage time well while working on various tasks or projects.
Experience working for a Construction company.
Must be able to provide samples of work showing a project schedule from start to finish.
Must be motivated, assertive, and able to collaborate with the team.
Must be able to work both independently and with a team.


QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related degree.
5+ years of similar construction scheduling experience or equivalent combination of training and/or related experience.
Thorough use and knowledge of diversified schedule engineering systems, particularly Primavera P6 software.
Comprehensive knowledge of current scheduling industry standards and practices; An Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer
