Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Management Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Train and support franchise owners and staff in industry software
and accounting practices
Process check runs for assigned accounts and complete monthly trust
account balancing
Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to
summarize the company's financial position
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of property management accounting experience
Proficiency in property management software, preferably AppFolio or
similar platforms
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
(GAAP)
Associate degree in accounting or general business preferred
In-office presence required in Irving, Waco, TX
