Job Description:
We are offering a $500 New Hire Bonus!Behavior Frontiers is
expanding horizons in ABA treatment and shaping the lives of kids
and their families to help reach important milestones. We need
ambitious individuals to joins us in creating a World Without
Limits in the autism and behavioral disorder field.Rate: $20.00 to
$25.00 per/hour D.O.E.How you will help create a World Without
Limits: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings such as in the
home, school, or community.Teach individuals with autism to talk,
play, make friends, and function independently, while helping
reduce any inappropriate behaviors.Collect data to demonstrate each
client's progress toward reaching his or her goals!Evaluate by
using our proprietary electronic data collection software for real
time analysisCollaborate in clinical team meetings to report client
progress and get specific feedback from the supervisorRest Assured-
you'll be trained in various ABA methods such as discrete trial
teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies (NATS), and verbal

Clinical DirectorResponsibilities:As an autism therapist, you will
make an impact by delivering 1:1 behavior therapy to individuals
with special needs in their natural setting, such as in their home,
school (special education or regular education), or community.Our
passionate behavioral interventionists help teach individuals with
autism how to talk, play, make friends, and function independently,
while helping reduce any inappropriate behaviors.We provide our
behavior therapists with extensive, paid training so that they can
deliver effective, applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment, such
as discrete trial teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies
(NATS), and verbal behavior (VB).Our ABA therapists collaborate and
engage with their behavior treatment teams by participating in
clinical team meetings to report client progress and get specific
feedback from the supervisor.In our research-based program, our
behavioral technicians also collect data to demonstrate each
client's progress toward reaching his or her goals!Other duties as
assigned.Requirements - Entry Level:High school diploma or
equivalent and 1 year of experience working with persons with
developmental disabilities, or children, adolescents, transition
age youth, and families orAssociate degree or higher level of
education and 6 months of experience working with persons with
developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transition age
youth, and families orRBT certified and 3 months of experience
working with persons with developmental disabilities, children,
adolescents, transition age youth, and familiesCert must be RBT
(BCAT and ABAT do not qualify)Ability to work part-time on at least
3 afternoons or evenings, with the availability to schedule a
2-hour session on each available day between the hours of 3-6pm
Monday-Friday or 2 afternoons or evenings, with the availability to
schedule a 2-hour session on each available day between the hours
of 3-6pm Monday-Friday, PLUS availability to schedule a 2-hour
session on Saturdays between the hours of 9am-4pm.Valid driver's
license and auto insuranceAbility to provide negative TB test
resultsAbility to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting, health screenings,
and provide/obtain immunizationsEnergetic attitude and desire to
help individuals with developmental disabilities succeedRegistered
Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Autism Technician
(BCAT), Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT), or Senior
Behavior Therapist (2 years' experience in ABA) a
plusSpanish-speaking a plus!Vaccination for COVID-19 or
