health care delivery system?. The Cambridge Health Alliance
Physicians Organization (CHAPO) is looking for a Contract Analyst
to work with the Director of Provider Contracting. The Contracts
Analyst is generally responsible for working with the Director to
manage CHAPO contracting and compliance
activities.Responsibilities:At the direction of the Director,
assists in documenting applicable changes in providers' status via
contract changes, letters of agreement, or other appropriate forms
of documentation.At the direction of the Director, drafts, edits,
and facilitates execution of physician service contracts in the
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software used by CHAPO
(currently Jaggaer).At the direction of the Director, drafts
letters of agreement for minor or temporary changes in provider
status and facilitates execution via electronic signature process
(currently DocuSign).Coordinates contract and status changes with
appropriate CHA departments, which includes the clinical service
line, human resources, payroll, finance, the Medical Staff
Services, provider recruitment, etc.Processes offer requests for
providers as requested by Provider Recruitment. This entails
creating an electronic file folder for the candidate, drafting the
contract & offer for the candidate, coordinating the delivery of
the contract with the recruiter, documenting in the contracts
database, notifying associated parties when the agreement is
signed, and filing the signed contract.Works with the Provider
Navigator and Human Resources to assist in onboarding new employees
by providing details of employment terms or other necessary
information as requested by the Navigator.Coordinates the
Consultant Engagement process for all incoming independent
contractors/consultants, which includes creating profiles in
applicable systems to facilitate reimbursement. Works with the
Service Line, Materials Management, and Accounts Payable to ensure
they have the necessary documentation to facilitate
reimbursement.Updates and maintains the CHAPO physician database
(Access).Creates requested reports from contracts database (Access
& Jaggaer) such as new hire, termination, and turnover
reports.Assists the Director on special projects, analysis, and PO
initiatives.In support of the CHAPO compliance program, performs
periodic audits to ensure all contract changes are completed. For
those not completed, perform the necessary follow-up.All other
related duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High school
diploma required and college degree in related field desirable,
preference given to paralegal training or experience.A minimum of 3
years of contracting experience or combination of contracting and
provider relations experience in a physician, hospital, or managed
care organization.A fundamental understanding of employment and
contracting compliance.Experience with Contract Lifecycle
Management software such as Jaggaer, preferredExperience with
electronic signature programs such as DocuSign, preferredStrong
Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Access.Working
knowledge of Google G Suite: Gmail, Documents, Sheets, G
Drive.Experience in a physician-hospital organization is
desirable.Excellent communication and organizational skills.In
