Job Description:
DescriptionEliot's Early Intervention program is seeking a
Clinical Supervisor. 5 yrs post degree exp in a related field & a
minimum of 2 yrs supervisory exp required. Certification as an EI
Spec (CEIS) preferred.Eliot's EI Programs provide home & community
based services for children from birth-three years of age, who may
have, or are at risk of having, a delay in development. A
multidisciplinary team of specialists assess the child's needs &
work with the family to maximize skill acquisition, facilitating
optimal growth in the areas of cognitive, language, motor, & social
development. The hands-on, family-focused approach to services
strives to increase parents' understanding of their child's
strengths & needs, & supports parents in learning how to foster
their child's growth & development.Responsibilities:+ Provide
direct service to families in accordance with established
productivity standards.+ Provide clinical supervision and
administrative oversight to assigned staff.+ Monitor performance of
assigned clinical staff, conduct performance evaluations, and make
recommendations to the Director regarding the hiring, discipline,
promotion or dismissal of staff.+ Assure the orientation of new
staff to the Service and the Agency.+ Provide support to new staff
for meeting DPH certification process, including development and
submission of Certified Early Intervention Specialist portfolio by
the end of the third year of employment.+ Participate in budget and
contract development and make recommendations in relation to
development of new services.+ Participate in program development
and implementation of marketing efforts for the program, including
community based groups and trainings.+ Collaborate with the
Director to develop and monitor quality assurance goals for the
program.+ Participate in Utilization Review team to monitor client
records and maintain compliance with Eliot and DPH regulations. +
Help to establish and implement system for training of new staff on
required developmental assessment tools, including the Battelle
Developmental Inventory.+ Ensure that assigned staff adhere to DPH
and Eliot guidelines regarding paperwork requirements, deadlines
and effective service planning and implementationSchedule: Monday -
Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm*Eliot mandates COVID-19 vaccinations for

nursing, psychology, speech/language pathology, physical therapy,
or occupational therapy; appropriate licensure and meets third
party reimbursement and Department of Public Health Early
Intervention Program criteria for specific discipline.
