The primary responsibility of the Charge Nurse is: Professional nurse who demonstrates strong leadership skills, clinical expertise and compassion for patients and teammates. This nurse provides care for patients and has unit operation oversight throughout the assigned shift. Other key aspects of this position are to role model professional nursing behaviors, clinical competencies and critical thinking. The charge nurse will mentor, precept and nurture new nurses with the goal of successful transition from novice to expert. An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - NH state Registered Nurse Licensure - Current BLS - Three to five years relevant nursing experience Compensation: Minimum: $36.50 Maximum: $51.38 Start your application now; we can’t wait to talk to you.
