medicine. We’re currently seeking an Emergency Coordinator to join
our busy emergency department. In this vital role, you’ll serve as
a key liaison between our clinical staff, client service
representatives, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and
seamless patient care. If you have veterinary experience
(preferably emergency care), exceptional organizational skills, and

much more. Anticipated Schedule: This is a full-time position Some
holidays will be required Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday:
9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM -
6:00 PM Compensation: Starting at $22/hr ( dependent upon
experience) Requirements What You’ll Do: As an Emergency
Coordinator , you’ll be an essential part of the emergency
department team, supporting our criticalists, emergency clinicians,
technicians, and client service staff in a variety of important
tasks. Your role will involve: Assisting with triage and patient
intake, ensuring smooth and efficient communication throughout the
emergency process Handling client communications , including
updates, follow-ups, and providing important information to
referring veterinary hospitals Discharging patients , ensuring all
instructions and care plans are clearly communicated to pet owners
Providing compassionate, clear, and effective communication with
clients, helping them navigate the emotional and logistical
challenges that come with emergency care Collaborating closely with
clinical and administrative teams to ensure the best possible
experience for clients and patients Supporting daily operations in
the emergency department, including new cases, records, and patient
flow Who We’re Looking For: Previous veterinary experience is
required , with a preference for emergency care experience
Technician knowledge is preferred , but not mandatory—what matters
most is your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized,
and provide excellent client service Exceptional organizational and
multitasking skills Strong customer service abilities, with a
compassionate and solution-oriented approach The ability to
collaborate with diverse teams and support the needs of both
