Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lancaster, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg Tele /n/n Job Details: /n • Work on a 19 to 25 bed Medical-Surgical Unit /n• Average patient assignment of 4-6 patients /n• Every other weekend and holiday rotation if scheduled /n• No on-call responsibilities /n• Must have both Med Surg and PCU experience /n• 2 years work experience in Med Surg, PCU, IMCU or Stepdown required /n• Meditech EMR experience highly preferred /n• Previous travel experience highly preferred /n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) /n• New Hampshire nursing license required /n• Med Surg/Tele or PCU/Stepdown checklist current within past year required /n• One supervisory signed reference from past year of employment required /n• Work with Sigma Smart IV Pumps /n• Use Meditech EMR system /n• RTO must be listed on submission and limited to 5 days /n/n Facility: /n This medical center operates a comprehensive Medical-Surgical Unit that provides quality patient care with modern equipment and technology.
