Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience; home health experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits efficiently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other certifications may be preferred. Responsibilities: Assess patient health status, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
