working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Manchester, New Hampshire, 03103! Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2
years in a fast-paced emergency room with a strong pediatric
presence. License: Valid nursing license required. Certifications:
ACLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC required. Must-Have: Experience with
pediatric populations is highly preferred. Epic experience is
required. First-time travelers are not accepted. Travelers living
within 50 miles of the facility will have a rate decrease.
Description: The role requires working in an emergency department
with an average daily census of 70 patients. You will manage
patients with various complaints and diagnoses ranging from minor
cuts and scrapes to complex oncological and neurological
emergencies. The environment is fast-paced, requiring strong triage
and dysrhythmia management skills. You will participate in
procedures such as conscious sedation, trauma alerts, and stroke
alerts. The position requires floating to assist in both the ICU
and emergency department as needed. Flexibility to work weekend
shifts is necessary, as staff are expected to work every other
weekend. You will be part of a team nursing approach, emphasizing
