Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care
Physician, Family or Internal Medicine, at Weeks Medical Center ,
part of North Country Healthcare . This is an opportunity to join
our team in a rural community in northern New Hampshire. Make a
meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care to patients in a
close-knit, underserved community. Rural medicine allows the
delivery of high-quality primary care, including preventive, acute,
and chronic disease management, participate in community health
initiatives, and promote wellness education Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care, including exams, diagnosis,
treatment, and personalized care planning Manage both acute
concerns and chronic conditions with appropriate follow-up and
monitoring Deliver preventive care such as immunizations, health
screenings, and annual wellness visits Order and interpret
diagnostic testing; follow up on results and adjust care plans as
needed Prescribe medications and treatments in alignment with
evidence-based best practices Educate patients and families on
disease prevention, lifestyle changes, and long-term health
management Coordinate care with specialists and other providers to
ensure seamless patient care Collaborate with nursing and support
staff to promote continuity, quality, and patient-centered care
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with Medical
Staff Bylaws and policies Participate in quality improvement
initiatives and clinic call rotation Benefits: $200,000
Commencement bonus/Retention bonus $310,000 base salary PLUS wRVU

with tail Essential Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited
Medical College with a Medical Degree Successful completion of a
ACGME residency program with board certification (or eligible) in
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine ACLS and BLS from the American
