Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Embark on a transformative
journey as a Travel Occupational Therapist in Nashua, New
Hampshire, where your clinical expertise will empower patients to
reclaim independence, regain function, and re-engage in the
activities that bring meaning to daily life. This opportunity is
designed for professionals who blend evidence-based practice with
compassionate, client-centered care, delivering tailored
interventions that improve safety, functional independence, and
quality of life. Picture yourself collaborating with
interdisciplinary teams in diverse settings—from outpatient clinics
and inpatient units to community programs—while enjoying the
authentic charm and natural beauty of New Hampshire. Nestled along
the Merrimack River and bordered by rolling hills and lush forests,
Nashua offers cosmopolitan conveniences, welcoming neighborhoods,
and easy access to the picturesque landscapes of the Granite State.
Beyond the local experience, this assignment opens doors to
opportunities across various locations in the United States,
enriching your professional portfolio and expanding your
professional network. Location benefits matter. Nashua is a
thriving urban-suburban hub with a vibrant arts scene, excellent
dining, and robust healthcare resources, all within reach of the
greater Boston corridor. You’ll enjoy the conveniences of a modern
city while savoring New Hampshire’s renowned outdoor
lifestyle—hiking, kayaking, autumn foliage, and scenic drives are
always close at hand. The state’s strong emphasis on aging in
place, rehabilitation, pediatrics, and neurologic recovery means
you’ll encounter a diverse range of cases, helping you refine
evaluation skills, treatment planning, and outcome measurement. If
you crave broader clinical exposure, you’ll also have the option to
work in multiple locations across the U.S., gaining experience with
different population needs, health systems, and care settings—an
investment in your professional growth that translates into lasting
impact. Role specifics and benefits are thoughtfully designed to
support your success. As a Travel Occupational Therapist, you’ll
conduct comprehensive assessments of daily living skills,
cognition, motor function, coordination, and safety in the home and
clinic environments. You’ll develop and implement individualized
treatment plans, using meaningful, occupation-based activities to
promote independence and community reintegration. You’ll provide
therapeutic interventions across a spectrum of populations,
including adults recovering from injury or surgery, individuals
with neurological conditions, and children who require sensory,
motor, or adaptive equipment strategies. You’ll coordinate with
physicians, nurses, social workers, and caregivers, ensuring
seamless transitions of care and careful documentation of progress
and barriers. You’ll also lead patient and caregiver education,
training families on home exercise programs, modalities, assistive
devices, and adaptive equipment usage to sustain gains beyond
therapy sessions. In this role, there is ample room for
professional growth: pursuit of specialty certifications,
mentorship from experienced OT teams, opportunities to lead quality
improvement initiatives, and potential for extended assignments
that align with your career goals. The compensation package is
competitive and designed to reward your expertise. Weekly pay
ranges from $1,640 to $1,742, with guaranteed hours of 35 per week,
supporting financial stability while you plan your next
professional chapter. The position presents a compelling financial
and professional balance, with a guaranteed schedule that respects
your need for work-life integration. In addition to competitive
pay, you may receive a signing bonus and robust housing assistance
to ease the transition to a travel role, along with the flexibility
of contract extensions that enable you to deepen your engagement
with populations you enjoy serving or to explore new clinical
environments. The role emphasizes comprehensive support, including
24/7 assistance from a dedicated travel team, ensuring you have
responsive help with housing, licensing, credentialing, travel
logistics, and on-site needs, no matter where your assignment takes
you. Our company values a workplace where empowerment,
collaboration, and career advancement are tangible realities.
You’ll join a culture that centers on treating staff as respected
professionals with clear paths to grow—whether that means expanding
clinical competencies, earning specialized certifications, or
moving into leadership, mentorship, or program development roles. A
supportive, inclusive environment underpins every interaction, with
resources to promote well-being, work satisfaction, and
professional fulfillment. We celebrate the distinctive
contributions of occupational therapists who shape recovery,
independence, and community participation, and we invest in your
long-term success through structured development opportunities,
regular feedback, and a commitment to quality and safety in every
setting. If you’re ready to apply, this is your invitation to join
a company that truly values your clinical judgment, your
compassionate approach, and your drive to advance the field of
occupational therapy. This role starts on or around 02/16/2026 for
a duration measured in weeks, with a rhythm that respects your
expertise and your goals. Bring your skill set, your curiosity, and
your passion for meaningful work, and help patients reclaim the
activities they love while discovering the many beauty and
opportunities that New Hampshire and the broader U.S. healthcare
landscape have to offer. Ready to explore a dynamic travel OT
