Systems is seeking an Operations Manager for our Hudson, NH base.
The Operations Manager is a critical role in the organization. This
role is responsible for providing leadership to all field staff
within the New Hampshire division, ensuring service quality,
operational efficiency, business development, documentation and
reporting, and staff performance. The ideal candidate for this role
is an EMT or Paramedic, highly organized, and has leadership
experience. Essential duties: Provide leadership and mentorship to
all field providers. Lead and execute business development
initiatives within the assigned territory. Serve as fill-in EMT or
Paramedic based on operational needs. Maintain compliance with
documentation requirements such as investigations, patient care
reports, and incident reports as needed. Ensure all mandatory
shifts are staffed for the division. Collaborate and support teams
in the organization as needed, such as Communications, Fleet,
Logistics, Facilities, and Clinical departments. Minimum
Qualifications: Must have at least 4 years of full-time EMS
experience with EMT or Paramedic license Must have at least 2 years
of full-time experience in a supervisor, management,
administration, and/or leadership position. Bachelor’s degree or an
additional year of supervisory experience/military experience
required. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication
skills. Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, and
regulations relevant to EMS services, facility operations, and
contract management. Individuals are required to have a strong
commitment and will need to provide outstanding services and have a
clear customer focus. Capable of individually lifting, carrying,
transferring, and maneuvering up to 125 pounds (approximately 57
kilograms) during routine patient movement and ambulance
operations, with or without their ambulance partner. Capable of
lifting, carrying, transferring, and maneuvering a minimum of 250
pounds (approximately 113 kilograms) during routine patient
movement and ambulance operations which includes the weight of the
ambulance cot or other patient carrying device with ambulance
partner.
