MDs and DOs are both welcome by this equal opportunity employer.Join more than 20 providers with one of the largest rural FQHCs in northern New England, led by a strong CMO/Physician Leader who advocates for providers, and has expertise in quality with a focus on improving healthcare systems. This Patient-Centered Medical Home offers outpatient primary care services along with integrated behavioral medicine, dental care, podiatry and more. They operate four modern facilities and serve all patients, regardless of economic or insurance status.Become a part of the outpatient primary care team embedded within a critical access hospital in this scenic mountainside community. This organization focuses on relationship-based care, so you can look forward to long patient visits at least 30 minutes, enabling you to provide deep, comprehensive care. Convenient lab and imaging services are available on site. Enjoy a convenient, flexible schedule of 4 or 5 days/week (40 hours, less is available if desired) with no call.Teaching opportunities are also available as Medical, PA and NP students rotate through the offices. Credentialing is underway now that will enable family medicine residents to train here too.
