Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Salem, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,113 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/5/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Salem, Massachusetts, 01970! Job Title: Float Pool RN Profession: RN Telemetry I Specialty: RN Telemetry I Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days/Eves/Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Two years of acute care hospital experience preferred License: Current RN License Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Must be willing to float to different units - Telemetry monitoring skills including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every four hours - Experience with cardiac drips and reading telemetry strips Description: This position requires a float pool RN who will rotate between various units. You will be responsible for cardiac monitoring and administering cardiac drips. The role involves reading telemetry strips every four hours. The clinician-to-patient ratio is up to 5:1 during days and evenings, and up to 6:1 at night. Patient population includes care for ED border patients and transfer-ready patients in the ICU. The bed count for the facility is 371, with unit sizes ranging from 8 to 41 beds.
