Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Springfield, VT Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,582 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide safe, quality care in an adaptive acuity unit (ratios 1:5; may provide PCU-level care 3:1) Manage complex patients requiring drips and higher-level monitoring Function as charge RN when assigned Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Float to inpatient units within scope of practice as needed Maintain accurate documentation and patient education Requirements 2 years recent Med Surg/Tele experience (required) Charge RN experience (must be on profile) PCU & drip experience required; ICU experience preferred Prior travel experience (min. 3 months, non-negotiable) VT or Compact RN license ACLS & BLS (AHA) Must have own vehicle; perm address included in profile Holiday RTO not accepted Benefits • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 referral bonus.
