Active New Hampshire state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative nursing programs preferred. Demonstrated ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
