Job Description Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking a full-time cashier to join our fast-paced service department \n The Herb Chambers Companies is proud to have won The Boston Globe's Top Places to Work award for the past 12 years in a row, grow with New England's largest automotive retailer \n Job Purpose: \n Supports service operations by welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the management team as requested. \n Duties: \n \n Welcomes visitors, potential customers, and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person. \n Forwards service information by answering the telephone, receiving faxes; recording and delivering messages; date-stamping documents; pickup, receiving, preparing, and delivering mail and packages; maintaining postage meter. \n Presents a welcoming environment by keeping reception area neat and clean. \n Provides office supplies and services by maintaining inventory; placing orders; arranging for equipment repairs; servicing equipment. \n Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. \n \n Hours: \n Monday --- Friday 7-3pm \n Telephone Skills \n Written Communication \n Verbal Communication \n People Skills \n Professionalism \n Self-Confidence \n Customer Focus \n Multi-tasking \n Customer Service \n Administrative Writing Skills \n Microsoft Office Skills \n
