Description:Access Supervisor: Lead Innovation & Improve Client
Access!Alternative Wellness Services (AWS) is seeking a motivated
clinician to guide our Access Team, a dedicated group of behavioral
health (MHRTC) professionals. In this vital new role, you will be
at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive timely, effective,
and compassionate behavioral health services.This is an exciting
opportunity to shape a new role within our agency. As we experience
a high volume of referrals, we need a leader with strong clinical
insight to provide essential clinical leadership and direction to
the Access Team. We believe in the power of collaboration and are
looking for a leader who empowers their team to optimize access to
care. You will play a key role in:Team Leadership: Providing
quality supervision, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and
supportive environment within the Access Team. Process Improvement:
Partnering with your team to streamline access workflows, enhance
efficiency, and strategically leverage our EHR and other
technologies to reduce administrative burden and improve KPI
tracking. We encourage innovation and automation where possible.
Clinical Excellence: Offering clinical guidance, ensuring
appropriate service matching, and providing support with intake
assessments as needed. Agency-wide Impact: Collaborating with the
AWS management team to attain our agency's strategic direction and
strengthen our commitment to providing quality care. The ideal
candidate will possess:A Master's degree in a relevant field and
clinical licensure (LCSW, LCPC) or clinical conditional licensure
equivalent in Maine. Strong preference for significant experience
in a supervisory or leadership role within a behavioral health
setting. A passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and
client-centered care. Demonstrated flexibility, strong
problem-solving skills, and the ability to pivot effectively in a

degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
requiredClinical Licensure (LCSW, LCPC) or Conditional Licensure
(LMSW-cc, LCPC-c) in the State of Maine requiredMinimum two years
of experience in behavioral health or healthcare strongly
preferredExperience with intake, access, scheduling, or care
coordination processes preferredStrong understanding of
trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care modelsProficiency in
Electronic Health Records (EHR), Google Workspace, and data
tracking toolsMust pass required background checks and meet
driving/insurance requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution
skills.Clinical expertise in behavioral health assessment and
triage.Ability to develop systems, workflows, and tools that
support efficient access.Ability to collect and understand data to
make data driven decisions. Strong technical skills.
