Non UnionThe HR Advisor serves as a trusted advisor to internal and
external constituents. The Advisor develops and maintains strong
knowledge and an understanding of assigned service lines and areas
of responsibility. Consults with Compensation, Employee/Labor
Relations, and Benefits specialists to assist in providing a broad
range of HR services to assigned service lines. HR Specialists will
work side by side with HR Advisor on strategic level initiatives
and provide back office support on tactical and routine
initiatives. Hybrid work environment.Job Duties:Provides assigned
areas of responsibility with a proactive recruiting and staffing
function driven by excellence, customer service, and process
improvement. Utilizing an ATS and resources available identifies
the strongest candidates for the CHA Network. The HR Advisor will
be highly visible and accessible to their respective service lines
and areas of responsibility. Provides first line support for
employee relations activities as appropriate, ensuring prompt and
effective coordination with Labor and Employee Relations
team.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (in a relevant field) or
equivalent preferred. PHR or SPHR preferred. At least 5 years of
progressively responsible professional experience in employment,
talent acquisition and employee relations activities. Has a working
knowledge of applicable federal and state employment and labor
laws. Prior professional experience in HR specialties such as
Compensation, Benefits, Employment, or Employee Relations is a
plus. Union experience is also a plus!In keeping with federal,
