About the opportunity:

One of the best healthcare organizations of Massachusetts located in Burlington, MA is currently in need of a lot ofAdult Direct Care Workers to join their growing team
They work with adults to connect them with an array of employment and day program supports, community living and other residential aid, and family support
You will be responsible for supporting the clients who are unable to perform routine daily activities without assistance

Adult Direct Care WorkerResponsibilities:

Monitoring the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of clients
Performing personal hygiene care and housekeeping duties

Administering medicine and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Assisting clients from their beds into chairs or wheelchairs, and back

Accompanying clients on trips, such as medical appointments

Adult Direct Care Worker Qualifications:

CPR and First Aid certification
Caregiving experience with adults is highly preferred

Applicants must pass the Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification

Dependable, reliable, and caring
Must have weekend availability
