This vital role provides Plaintiff Workers' Compensation practice. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and have strong follow through ability, and a team player who can efficiently work with all levels of employees. Responsibilities: Court appearance – live in person is on a daily basis, travel to attend depositions. Meeting with clients for court preparation, as well as handling client intakes. Other – to prepare files other forms of documentation for court hearings. General day to day client meetings and other duties as assigned. Requirements: Litigation skills Minimum of three years of experience Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask Creative problem solving and practical time management skills Attorney Stephen J.
