Position: Laz Parking is looking for a Part time, Seasonal Account
Manager for our parking operation at Centerville Bank Stadium at
Tidewater Landing in Pawtucket, RI. This role will be mostly on the
weekends with minimal weekday work depending on availability.
Principal Job Duties: Work with the Events GM, Events Manager,
Events Coordinator and Event Supervisors to ensure all shifts are
filled Manage each event at the location; ensure proper sign in and
sign out, oversee and ensure sign deployment, manage and hand out
all required equipment and operating supplies (handheld devices,
uniforms, traffic wands, etc.) Check in on the different locations
/ parking lots associated with the operation and jump in as needed
with the team Manage vendors, supplies, and staffing for each
event. Ensure revenue integrity for all parkers coming to the
event. Responsible for the financial, operational, safety and
service success of the event Managing, planning, scheduling,
training, and directing the activities of Shift Leads and frontline
staff for each event Ensure that increased revenue, controlled
expenses, and customer satisfaction is maximized by maintaining the
highest level of safety & service thresholds and initiatives that
are aligned with the expectations of our various clients Additional
duties as assigned. People Ensure LAZ internal stand up meetings
(Pre-Shifts) are held each event Manage each event in accordance
with LAZ’s Event SOP Work with your team to manage staffing levels
and prepare staffing call for each event Assist with the management
and development of the Hotel valet team to accomplish annual and
periodic goals/initiatives, while embodying and using LAZ Parking’s
culture as a guideline. Identify high potential employees to
support the organization’s continued growth, both within your
region and outside. Actively participate in the recruiting and
onboarding process for prospective. Ensure all safety initiatives
from the National Safety & Training Manager. Any and all safety
concerns are reported to the Director of Events for review and
suggestions on how to improve safety at the event site. Product
Responsible for cultivating client relationships and business
retention. Implement and complete other projects, programs, and
initiatives that may arise from the operation of assigned events.
Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are
outlined within the contractual agreement between LAZ Parking and
our client. Responsible for planning and executing the traffic
safety plan for the event site. Experience: 3 years Management
experience. Experience. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to
cultivate the client-LAZ relationship. Knowledge of Excel, Word,
Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications. Skills:
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Ability to
speak, read, and comprehends the English language. Must be open to
feedback, differing opinions and other points of view. Demonstrates
a sense of urgency and timeliness. Demonstrate the ability to seek
improvement. Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills.
Ability to produce and maintain an acceptable driving record and
unrestricted drivers’ license. Physical Demands: Willingness to
work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to
lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and
run for extended periods of time. Ability bend, stoop, squat and
lift frequently throughout a shift. The physical demands described
