Job Description:

The Project Administrator will assist the Special Projects Division in performing the tasks required for the orderly running of the company. These tasks included all typical office administrative functions as well as various other functions related to the construction industry

Job Requirements:

Exhibit loyalty to A&A, its employees, and its clients
Internal:
Prompt attention to incoming telephone calls and office support functions
Track down information regarding parts, deliveries, etc.
Assist Project Managers with:
Submittals
Close-outs
Commitments/Purchase Orders
Permits
Scheduling on-site work
Make AR collection calls
Track and maintain collections
Any other functions that may become necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to express ideas and thoughts clearly and effectively in both written and verbal communication
Must exhibit excellent listening and comprehension skills
Good Reasoning skills
Education and/or Experience:
An associate's degree or higher in Business management -or -a related field - or - 3 years experience in similar position
Proficiency with MS Office a must
Experience with Timberline/Sage 300 CRE, Procore (Preferred)
