looking to build our HRIS team.Summary:The Sr. HRIS Analyst is
responsible for supporting and maintaining CHA's Infor HR/Payroll
system. The successful candidate will partner with HR, IT and
Payroll directors as well as their customers to analyze process
design and workflow, improve processes and leverage the
technological capabilities. This position is responsible for
working with IT to ensure the implementation of new releases and
enhancements released by Infor are scheduled and testing plans are
in place. The Senior HRIS Analyst builds project plans, ensures
adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and
can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and
conduct long-term planning. This position will also work with the
CHA technical point-of-contact and assists subject matter experts
with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report
writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement
opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports HR/Payroll
upgrades, patches, reporting, testing and other technical projects
as assigned.Responsibilities: Understands and uses
qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design
principles. Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of
action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent
time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience
collaborating on project teams, managing relationships with
clients, and presenting to audiences preferred Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills. Data Analysis - Identifies, evaluates,
interprets and organizes data so that it can be used for business
decisions. Can sort through data to identify patterns and establish
relationships. Works with other departments to document reporting
requirements; determine if standard reporting is available, designs
and builds new and recurring ad-hoc reports using Infor's report
writing tools; may create dashboards in support of changing needs
and growth of the organization. Provides effective day-to-day
support for Infor users; investigates problems and provides
resolutions; advises when to escalate issues to external
consultants for review. Assists with Infor releases and
enhancements, works with business users and leadership to define
scope, prioritize, plan and implement changes and new system
functionality. Partners with business users to determine
feasibility and system constraints. Assists in the development of
communication and training materials; provides cross-training to
users as appropriate to ensure Infor is used effectively and
efficiently. Provide detail requirement to IT to establish and
maintain Infor security access, in partnership with HR/Payroll
leaders. Maintain documentation and procedures for HR and Payroll
processes. Other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Other
information:Education/Training: Bachelor's of Science degree in
computer science or HR with a technology focus. Equivalent,
relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.Work
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in the field(s) of HR
technology, HR, Payroll and/or IT Experience in the Healthcare
industry preferred Experience with the Infor HCM, GHR and Payroll
