Job Description:
Thriveworks is seeking a dedicated Part Time Licensed Talk
Therapist to join our compassionate team of mental health
professionals. In this role, you will provide both online and
in-person therapeutic services to individuals seeking support for a
variety of mental health issues. Our mission is to connect people
with outstanding mental health professionals who can help them lead
more fulfilling lives. You will have the opportunity to work

significant impact on the lives of your clients. Conduct individual
therapy sessions with clients via online platforms and in-person
when necessary. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
based on clinical diagnosis. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to provide comprehensive care. Maintain timely and
accurate records of clinical sessions and client progress. Adhere
to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations as set by the
governing body. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology Ability to
create and execute effective treatment plans Expertise in various
therapeutic modalities and techniques Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state
license as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social
Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or equivalent. Must adhere
to local and national licensing requirements.
